  • Manage all affair of Rector’s Secretariat.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage all conferences of Rector Office.
  • Coordinate all departments for effective and smooth functioning of University affairs.
  • Coordination Rectors visits with in country and abroad.
  • Manage protocol duties of dignitaries.
