Project Management Office is a department of NUTECH developed with the aim to manage the projects and maintain the campus. PMO is comprised of skilled staff from different areas of technical expertise.

Mission:

To provide professional engineering services regarding construction and maintenance for university Infrastructure.

PMO Directorate:

PMO consist of following four Cells providing specialized services to achieve our mission by engaging the excellent technical expertise.

  • Quality Assurance & Contracts Cell
  • Design cell
  • Monitoring Cell
  • Maintenance Cell

Functions:

  • Contracts Administration and Procurement of Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Works along with Engineering consultancy/ O&M Services
  • Architectural / Structural designing of projects and review of submittals prepared by Engineering Consultants
  • Monitoring of all ongoing construction projects to meet the scope, cost and schedule constraints with assurance of Quality Control
  • Maintenance of all buildings, roads and external services including HVAC system, Electrical System/LT Panels, Passenger / Dump Lifts, Electrical Substation, Generator Sets and Firefighting Pump Station
