  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in overseeing the financial operations and planning of the University including:
    • Implementing University’s financial statutes
    • Preparation and processing of budget for the FY in compliance with concerned Ministry/ Statutory Body
  • Ensuring the financial obligations policies/ procedures
2.Deputy Director/ Assistant Director/ Deputy Assistant Director
(NORIC) 		MBA/ MS (IT, Project Management or Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in University setting (preferably ORIC)
  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in Placement Office or Industrial Engagement office of a University
  • Strong communication & interpersonal Skills
3.Deputy Director/ Assistant Director/ Deputy Assistant Director
(Procurement/ SCM) 		MBA/MS (Supply Chain Management)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution as per PPRA rules/ guidelines
4.Deputy Director/ Assistant Director/ Deputy Assistant Director
(HR) 		MBA/BS (Finance/ HR)
  • 2-5 years’ Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and payroll management
5.Junior Officer BS
  • 2-3 years’ of Experience in Video Editing & Social Media Platforms with experience in production
6.Junior Developer BS (CS/IT/SE/CE)
  • 1 year experience in relevant field
7.Assistant Librarian/ Library Assistant BLIS/MLIS
  • 3-5 years’ experience & Knowledge of broad spectrum of library operations, including E-resource management, research support services and digital transformation of library operations & practices.
  • Knowledge of innovative library services, including integration of ICT in a library.
  • Work experience in contemporary Library Management Systems, especially KOHA.
  • Knowledge of creation and maintenance of digital repositories Management & communication skills to build & foster close working relationships with faculty, staff and students.
8.Senior/Junior Supervisor Matric & above
  • Minimum 3 years’ clerical experience
  • • Experience of procurement and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution as per PPRA rules/ guidelines
