Merit Calculation Formula

Entrance test conducted by NTS/NUTECH and/or other HEC approved test will be considered and following weighted marks will be considered:

• Undergraduate CGPA: 30%
• Written Exam (GAT etc): 50%
• Interview: 20 %

ADMISSION PROCESS AND SELECTION PROCEDURE

• On visiting https://nims.odoo.com/web/signup (site is accessible at time of admissions only) for filling the application form, the candidates will be allotted a password to access the application form after providing their valid e-mail addresses and CNIC Number.
• A recent photograph of candidate is required to be uploaded.
• If both the percentage and CGPA are mentioned on Bachelors/ Masters Degree/ Transcript, then only the CGPA will be entered.
• Candidates, whose final results have not yet been announced, will enter the earned percentage/ CGPA of the last term/ semester.
• The eligibility criteria of the program, for which applying, must be consulted before selecting the preferences. Candidates will not be considered for the program for which they are not eligible.
• Candidates can deposit the fee online, after taking the print of the challan form in any branch of HBL.
• Scanned copies of academic documents are to be attached with the online application. Details of the documents are as under:
  • Matric/equivalent certificate.
  • Undergraduate degree(s) along with transcript showing the exact duration.
  • Computerized National Identity Card.
  • NOC from employer (for employed candidates).
  • Experience certificate (if any).
  • Entrance Test result (as applicable)
• The candidates are advised to avoid any misrepresentation of facts, as doing so may lead to the cancellation of their candidature / admission at any stage.

CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION

• The candidate may get his / her admission cancelled with full refund of tuition fee within 7 days of date of commencement of MS program.
• The candidate may get his / her admission cancelled with half refund of tuition fee within 15 days of date of commencement of MS program.
• The candidate has to process his / her admission cancellation on the prescribe form
  
  Note:-
• Admission of a candidate is liable to be cancelled if he / she is found guilty of suppression or misrepresentation of materials, facts at any stage. The University can further debar him/ her form seeking admission elsewhere. Other universities in the country will also be informed about the same.
• The University reserves the right to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.
