Dr. Muhammad Maqbool Sadiq Awan is currently the Head of Department (Civil Engineering Department) at National University of Technology (NUTECH). He holds MS Civil Engineering and a Ph.D. degree from Michigan State University, East Lansing, USA. Dr. Maqbool has more than 20 years of work experience in various disciplines of Civil Engineering with emphasis on Ultra High Performance Concrete, and use of nanomaterials to acquire higher attributes for Civil Engineering Structures. He has presented his research work at a significant number of international conferences and authored/co-authored several peer-reviewed archival journal publications.
