Project Management Office (PMO)

Project Management Office is a department of NUTECH developed with the aim to manage the projects and maintain the university campus. PMO is comprised of skilled staff from different areas of technical expertise

Mission

To provide professional engineering services regarding construction and maintenance for university Infrastructure.

Organogram

Functions:

  • Contracts Administration and Procurement of Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Works and Engineering consultancy/ O&M Services
  • Architectural / Structural designing of projects and review of submittals prepared by Engineering Consultants
  • Monitoring of all ongoing construction projects to meet the scope, cost and schedule constraints with assurance of Quality Control
  • Maintenance of all buildings, roads and external services including Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system, Electrical System/LT Panels, Passenger / Dumb Lifts, Electrical Substation, Generator Sets and Firefighting Pump Station
