2. Operation & Maintenance of 966 Ton HVAC System Installed at NUTECH – O&M services are being carried out.

3. Operation & Maintenance of 8x Elevators Installed at NUTECH – O&M services are being carried out.

4. Repair / Maintenance & Minor works of Building/Roads & Electrical/Mechanical – Repair Maintenance and Minor works are being carried out upon when required basis.
