2. Technical Opening Board: Technical Bid Opening Board deals with technical bids opening for evaluation of participating firms (in presence of respective firm rep), further technical evaluation process conduct by the user department.
3. Financial Opening Board: Financial Opening Board monitors & evaluates the financial opening process of the technically qualified bids in presence of respective firm rep.
