MS/MPhil in CE or equivalent

• 18 years of education in a related discipline as given below with minimum CGPA 3.0/4.0, 3.75/5.0 (in the Semester System) or First Division (in the Annual System) in M.Phil/MS/Equivalent with research work.
• GRE / HAT Subject Through HEC Education Testing Council (ETC) (with a minimum 60% cumulative score)

100% Scholarship (on Semester / Tuition fee) for the 1st semester for:

• 1st 3 positions of NUTECH merit list of all MS Programs (as per, approved/published, weightage of last academics degree, entry test, and interview, etc.) provided the student's CGPA is 3.25/4 and above in the relevant BS degree.
• Top 3 Gold Medalists of any HEC-recognized university.

Teaching and Research Assistance Scholarship

• Will be offered to selected students on department workload requirements. The student with a CGPA of 3.5/4 or above may be engaged in a maximum of 20 hours per week of academic work as assigned by the HoD /DGE on the recommendation of  DoU.
• The student may be offered an honorarium of Rs. 25000/month for a maximum of 10 months in an academic year (for teaching assistantship only). 

Fee Refund Policy is subject to revision from time to time and be implemented as under:

Upto 10th Day from Start of Semester

100% fee refund less registration and admission processing fee

Upto 15th Day from Start of Semester

80% fee refund less registration and admission processing fee

c

Upto 20th Day from Start of Semester

60% fee refund less registration and admission processing fee

d

Upto 30th Day from Start of Semester

50% fee refund less admission processing fee and registration fee

e

31st day onward from Start of Semester

No refund of any kind of fee will be made less security deposit

Laboratory Fee:

The laboratory fee is 100% refundable minus (-) the days a student has availed of that facility(es).

• Welcome and Orientation days are included in the start of semester classes.
• The refund timeline is calculated continuously, including weekdays and weekends.
• Refund applications will be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of the application.
