NUTECH has signed MoUs with University of Utah (UoU), USA and has completed phase-1 of 8-year plan of collaboration covering faculty trainings. NUTECH is launching ‘Life Long Learning’ skills program covering Outreach plan for placement of semiskilled workforce in Japan and Germany. NUTECH has planned Disruptive Technologies Skills Park (DTSP) covering 27 latest technologies and it will have 92 state-of-the art technology labs. DTSP will offer around 300 international certification courses covering AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Science, Industrial Automation and Robotics. NUTECH has planned “Indus Water Center” on the lines of Water Centres of UU USA and Simon Fraser University Canada, to address challenges of water issues through technology solutions in future. NUTECH is planning to launch undergraduate programs in artificial intelligence, bio-medical engineering and railway engineering in near future. Government has recently approved PC-1 of Rs. 2.851 Billion to acquire land for future main campus of NUTECH. Apart from land acquisition for its Main Campus, NUTECH will construct Labs and Hostel Blocks at present location as per approved PC-1.
