• Preferably 5-10 years of experience in academic or administration, governance, policy development and interpretation, of which two years must have been in a senior management position, (Director or Dean) in a Higher Education Institution (HEI)
• Advanced knowledge of academic administration processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of higher education best practices in administration as well as detailed knowledge of regulatory framework pertaining to HEIs
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of organizational and business processes
• Sound stakeholder, strategic leadership, people and Project Management skills.
• High level of integrity, emotional and social intelligence
• Knowledge and competence in using all Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, and the Internet

Director

• Preferably 8-10 years’ relevant experience in a reputable university or similar setup

• Overseeing civil work matters.
• Executing of construction works.
• Leadership role in Design, Quantity Survey, Contracts, QA/QC, Monitoring and Maintenance Cell.
• Operations and management of facilities including electricity, water supply, sui gas and HVAC system.

• Coordination with CDA, Military and Govt agencies for smooth execution of construction works.

Junior Officer

Supervisor (Research)

• Research Coordination

• Coordinate with faculty members & NRC for the development, submission & follow up of research proposals.
• Facilitate PIs for procurement, hiring of RAs & financial matters etc related to research projects. Also assists research faculty in said tasks or as assigned by the Director Research.
• Coordinate with MoST, HEC, PSF, other Govt Departments, Industries and private enterprises etc. to promote /follow-up research related issues or as directed by Director Research
• Manage and respond to emails regarding research opportunities and its timely dissemination to faculty/NRC

• Research Portal Management

• Operate and maintain the research portal, ensuring accurate and            updated publication records of all faculty members.
• Follow up with faculty for submission of pending publications to be            uploaded on the research portal.

• Documentation & Follow-up

• Prepare minute sheets, minutes of meetings and presentations for research related discussions.
• Monitor and follow up on decisions and action items from meetings to ensure timely completion
• Compilation of research data on monthly basis
• Any task assigned by Dir Research.
• Maintain duty roaster for tracking of misc activities, ongoing projects, follow-up cases/approvals and tasks assigned by Dir research

Skills Faculty

Senior and Junior Lecturer (Skills) (Project Management)

BS/ MS

(Relevant Field)

• Minimum Bachelors in Project Management
  (16 years of Education) and PMP certified.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean)
• Expertise in project management software tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, Basecamp)
• Minimum 5 years of Industry Experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Teaching Experience.

Experience in the TVET Sector

Senior and Junior Lab Engineers (Skills)

Chinese Language HSK – IV/ V

• Qualified Chinese Language teacher
• Skills in Chinese Language with min B2 level
• Previous work experience in Chinese Language teaching will be preferred
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Senior/ Junior Lab Engineer (Skills) – CNC Machinist

Matric or higher

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.
