Contest Deliverables

Each participant is required to submit the following materials promoting NUTECH Admissions 2026

1. Promo Video A short promotional video highlighting NUTECH’s academic strengths, facilities, or student life 1 video (max 60 seconds)
2. Digital Posters / Still Ads Static visuals (e.g., social media posts, admission ads, flyers, or campus life highlights) 3 designs (JPG/PNG/PDF format)
3. Marketing Campaign Plan A concise, one-page campaign brief outlining: target audience, platforms, slogan/concept, budget estimate, and expected reach 1 document (PDF/DOC)

Submission Process

Participants will complete the following two-step submission process:

Step 1 – Digital Submission (via Email)

  • All entries must be submitted through email to: [email protected]
  • Subject line format: “Digital Marketing Contest – [Your Name / Team Name]”
  • Attach all deliverables (video link, posters, plan) in a single ZIP file or Google Drive folder.
  • Submission deadline: 7 Nov 2025

Step 2 – In-Person Presentation

  • Shortlisted participants will be invited to present their campaign to the Jury Panel in person at ICT Office.
  • Each participant will have:
    • 5 minutes to present their idea and showcase materials.
    • 3 minutes for Q&A from the jury.
  • Presentations will be evaluated on clarity, creativity, and practical implementation potential.
