NUTECH Hosts Delegation from POEPA for MoU Signing Ceremony & Membership Award

NUTECH welcomed a delegation from POEPA (Pakistan Overseas Employment Promoters Association) for an important MoU signing ceremony & Membership award with aim of educated and skilled manpower export collaborations.

Dean of Skills at NUTECH Mr. Nadeem Khalid, emphasized the institution’s focus on short-term courses and international partnerships. “At NUTECH, we offer six- and nine-month courses and collaborate with countries such as Japan, China, Romania, and Finland. We are committed to empowering women and promoting the export of skilled manpower,” he said. NUTECH’s programs include Japanese language courses, with specialized instructors from Japan, and successful student placements in the Gulf and Europe.

Mr. Asad Keyani, Chairman of POEPA, highlighted the growing demand for skilled workers in sectors like healthcare, IT, tourism, and oil & gas. “Language and cultural adaptability are key, and we are proud to facilitate these opportunities for Pakistani students,” he remarked. Mr. Asad Keyani also urged students to perform well abroad and return to Pakistan to contribute to the national economy.

Rector NUTECH Lt. Gen. Moazzam Ejaz Hi(M) Rtd, expressed pride in NUTECH’s progress, noting, “Manpower export has become a thriving industry for Pakistan, with remittances contributing significantly to our economy.” He pledged full support to POEPA and stressed the importance of safe and authorized manpower export.

MoU signing marks a significant step towards enhancing global opportunities for Pakistani youth, while strengthening NUTECH’s role as a leader in vocational education and skilled labor export.
