About SFD

Student's Facilitation Desk (SFD) is established under the aegis of Office of Student Affairs (OSA). It is the first point of contact between students and the concerned departments. The vision behind this initiative is to facilitate students in resolution of their queries / complaints as one stop solution. All administrative and procedural queries and problems of students are handled as “One Window Operation” through inter-departmental coordination. Students can register their complaints by visit to SFD or through email/ telephone call. Their concerns and queries are handled immediately, feedback is provided within 48 hrs and follow up is carried out till the resolution of query/problem. Students are also encouraged to submit their suggestions.

We are here to address students' complaints, queries and suggestions. Whether you have feedback on campus facilities, academic programs, or any other aspect of student life, our team is ready to assist you in finding solutions and making improvements.

Student facilitation desk is the focal point of contact for the students to register their complaints, queries or suggestions. The desk serves as a one window operation where all the coordination is done between offices on student’s behalf so that students do not have to move from office to office to get their issues resolved. Students can visit SFD directly or reach out via dedicated email and WhatsApp number.
