The Department of Computer Engineering at NUTECH proposes a PhD program in Computer Engineering to drive cutting-edge research and innovation in the rapidly evolving world of technology. Eligibility Criteria

  • Academic Qualifications: A minimum of 18 years of education with MS/MPhil in related field or equivalent with minimum 3.00/4.00 CGPA (Semester System) or 60% Marks (Annual System)
  • Entry Test: Admission Test / HEC Approved Test
  • Research Proposal: Submission of a preliminary research proposal at the time of application.
  • Interview: Evaluation of research aptitude and alignment with departmental expertise.

Duration

The minimum duration for completion of PhD CEN degree is 3 years and maximum duration is 8 years.

Degree Completion Requirements

  • 18 Cr. Hrs. Course Work with minimum CGPA 3.00/4.00
  • Comprehensive Examination (Maximum Two attempts)
  • 18 Cr. Hrs. Research Work
  • Synopsis Defense
  • Dissertations Reviews
  • Publication of Research paper(s) in HEC approved journal
  • Dissertation final defense
