Facilities Support Services: Our team of dedicated and professional IT support staff ensures continuous provision of IT services and operations during all events in the university’s digital facilities including computer labs auditorium, seminar hall, conference rooms and executive meeting rooms.
Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services: Through our IT Repair Workshop, we provide first line repair and maintenance services to all user offices and all minor faults are promptly rectified on prem to ensure seamless continuation of hardware services. Our team also liaisons with competent vendors to rectify major hardware faults and maintenance services through controlled and transparent processes.
