Student’s Facilitation Desk

Student’s Facilitation Desk (SFD) is established under the aegis of DSL office. It is the first point of contact between students and the concerned departments. The vision behind this initiative is to facilitate students in resolution of their queries / complaints as one stop solution. All administrative and procedural queries and problems of students are handled as “One Window Operation” through inter-departmental coordination. Students can register their complaints by visit to SFD or through email/ telephone call. Their concerns and queries are handled immediately, feedback is provided within 48 hrs and follow up is carried out till the resolution of query/problem. Students are also encouraged to submit their suggestions.
