Eligibility Criteria

The minimum requirements for admission in MS CE degree program are:

• A degree earned after sixteen years of education from an HEC recognized university (B.Sc/BS/BE) or any other examination declared equivalent to 16 years of education by HEC in the relevant subject is eligible for admission to Master course
• At least CGPA of 2.5 (on a scale of 4.0) or 60% Marks.

Duration

The minimum duration for completion of MS CE degree is 1.5 years. The HEC allows a maximum period of four years to complete MS CE degree requirements. Total Credit hours are 30. The Master of Science in Civil Engineering is offered with two options:

Option 1

Completion of 24 credits hour of course work and 6 credit hours for Thesis

Option 2

Completion of 30 credit hours of course work

Degree Completion Requirements

To become eligible for award of MS degree, a student must satisfy the following requirements:-

• Must have studied and passed the prescribed courses, totaling at least 30 credit hours, including four core courses.
• Must have earned CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of at least 3.0 on a scale of 4.0.
