National University of Technology (NUTECH), in collaboration with the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE), Higher Education Commission (HEC) Islamabad, successfully conducted a Capacity Building Training for University Management at NUTECH University Islamabad. Five-day intensive training was focused on enhancing the capabilities and competencies of administrative/management professionals working in NUTECH University. The program featured a series of training modules carefully designed to strengthen institutional performance, service delivery, and project execution in the higher education sector.
The training covered the key modules which includes, Personal and Professional Development, Public Sector Development Project (PSDP) Management Life Cycle, Financial Management, Federal and Provincial Procurement and Professional Communication and Office Procedures. Training session has enabled the participants to better understand governance frameworks, project management strategies, procurement laws, and financial protocols relevant to the public sector. Emphasis was also placed on enhancing soft skills, communication proficiency and administrative effectiveness to meet evolving institutional demands.
