Chairman SUPARCO, Mr Mohammad Yousef Khan was warmly welcomed by Lt Gen Moazzam Ejaz HI(M) Retd, Rector NUTECH, along with the University Management. Rector NUTECH briefed the Chairman on NUTECH’s ongoing Academic and Technical Programs, highlighting the university’s efforts in Skill Development and Applied Research. Both sides discussed areas of mutual interest, especially skills training, capacity building, and creating new opportunities to support Pakistan’s growing technological needs through R&D. Chairman SUPARCO has visited several key Facilities, including the Mechanical Engineering Labs, NUTECH Entrepreneur and Incubation Center (NEIC), NUTECH Incubation Center (NIC), Computer Engineering Design Labs and NUTECH Skills Department where he observed Student Projects, Advanced Equipment, and ongoing Innovation activities.
During the visit, an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between SUPARCO and NUTECH. The agreement aims to promote joint research projects, cooperation in space technology applications, and professional development programs for students and professionals. Both institutions expressed confidence that this partnership will bring positive results, support innovation, and strengthen national development through quality research and practical solutions.
