China–Pakistan Low-Altitude Economy Engineering Technology College Established Through Quadrilateral Agreement

Wuhan Technical College of Communications (WHTCC), the National University of Technology (NUTECH), Beijing North Tian Tu Aviation Technology Development Co., Ltd., and the China–Pakistan TVET Industrial Center of Excellence (CPTICE) signed a quadrilateral agreement to strengthen industry–education integration and establish the China–Pakistan Low-Altitude Economy Engineering Technology College. The signing ceremony marked an important milestone in China–Pakistan cooperation in advanced engineering education, applied research, and skills development, with senior leaders from all partner institutions jointly unveiling the plaque of the newly established college.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Zhou Shen, President of WHTCC, highlighted the importance of collaborative education models aligned with emerging industry needs. Rector NUTECH emphasized the college’s role in supporting Pakistan’s industrial growth through technology-driven education and international partnerships. Mr. Li Jinsong, Chairman of the Chinese side of the China–Pakistan Center of Excellence, Mr. Yang Yi, Leader of Beijing North Tian Tu Aviation Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Mr. Zhu Yiduo, faculty member of a secondary college under WHTCC addressed the gathering, underscoring institutional cooperation, industry engagement, and academic collaboration.
