Ex-Chairman NDMA & Ex-Chairman DG FWO Visits NUTECH

Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal (R) Ex-Chairman NDMA & Ex-DG FWO visited NUTECH on 25 Nov 2022. Rector NUTECH welcomed the honorable guest. He was briefed about the vision and mission of NUTECH. Rector highlighted the needs of our industry and explained, to the honorable guest, a roadmap of how NUTECH aims to fulfill these needs. After the briefing, the honorable guest accompanied by Rector visited NUTECH labs, library and classrooms. During the visit of NIC, he showed special interest in NuVent and 3D printer with a view of the commercialization of these projects. While interacting with NUTECH faculty and support staff, Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal advised on developing a culture of entrepreneurship among the students by creating useful platforms in the university. He gave insights on emerging & future hard-core technologies usage with a focus on strategies such as business development, logistics & financing. He also assured the endowment of facilitation with assistance and support whenever needed by the university in different projects like Incubation Center and Technology Park etc. The useful interaction ended with a question & answer session. In the end, Rector presented a souvenir to Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal as a memento of his visit to NUTECH.
