Federal Secretary Ministry of Science and Technology Visits NUTECH

Mr. Nadeem Irshad Kayani Federal Secretary Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) alongwith Joint Secretary Zahir Shah visited NUTECH on 13^th July 2021. Rector of the University Lt Gen (Retd) Khalid Asghar welcomed the distinguish visitors. Secretary was briefed about NUTECH vision, mission, academic programs, skills education system, future undergraduate and Hi-Tech skills programs, national & international collaboration with industries and provided updates on progress towards establishing NUTECH as “University for Industry”. The Federal Secretary appreciated NUTECH efforts in bridging the gap between academia & industry and its imperative role in the growth of future development of Pakistan industries. Matters related to mutual collaboration on developing joint platform for the development of different R&D projects with MoST were discussed. After the briefing, the Federal Secretary Ministry of Science and Technology accompanied by Rector visited the campus, labs, library and other facilities available in the campus.
