FranklinCovey Conducts Faculty Capacity-Building Workshop at National University of Technology (NUTECH)

FranklinCovey Education organized a one-day faculty capacity-building workshop to enhance professional development and strengthen leadership competencies among faculty members at NUTECH. The session was conducted by Mr. Fazal Niazi, Practice Lead, FranklinCovey Education, Pakistan, who served as the resource person. The training was based on the internationally acclaimed framework, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” focusing on personal effectiveness, leadership development, cultivating a proactive mindset, and achieving goal-oriented performance.

The interactive workshop provided participants with practical tools, actionable strategies, and insights to enhance professional competencies, improve collaboration and teamwork, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the University. Faculty members actively engaged in discussions and activities designed to translate leadership principles into practical academic and institutional settings.
