NUTECH actively participated in the 21st My Karachi Expo 2026, “Oasis of Harmony”, held from 6–8 February 2026 in Karachi. The Expo was inaugurated by the Honorable Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, along with the Minister for Industries Sindh, Mr. Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, in the presence of Chairman Businessmen Group (BMG), Mr. Zubair Motiwala, leading members of the business community, representatives of trade and town associations, and foreign diplomatic missions.
During the Expo, the Governor of Sindh Mr. Kamran Tessori and the Chief Minister of Sindh, Mr. Syed Murad Ali Shah, accompanied by Chairman BMG and prominent business leaders, visited the NUTECH pavilion. The dignitaries interacted with NUTECH team and appreciated the University’s innovative initiatives and its pivotal role in aligning academic knowledge with industry requirements. Chairman BMG commended NUTECH’s continued participation and its display of industry-oriented research and development projects.
NUTECH exhibited a wide range of industrial research projects, AI-based and NUTECH Research Center (NRC) initiatives, and the Cooperative BET Civil Engineering Program in collaboration with ABAD, which attracted significant interest from industries, multinational companies, and the general public. Through this participation, NUTECH reaffirmed its dedication to research excellence, innovation, and societal impact, aligned with its vision of producing technologically skilled professionals for national and global development.
