A delegation from Green Crescent Trust (GCT), led by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Zahid Saeed, visited NUTECH. The delegates were briefed on NUTECH’s academic programs, applied research initiatives, industry-driven learning model, international partnerships, and ongoing industrial collaboration projects. During the interaction, the GCT team highlighted the successful completion of the jointly delivered three-month Professional Graphic Designer Course, a collaborative effort with NUTECH that has strengthened youth employability and contributed to digital skill enhancement. The delegation also shared updates on GCT’s ongoing educational and community development initiatives across Sindh. Both institutions reaffirmed their commitment to expanding collaborative efforts aimed at advancing technical education and community empowerment.
The visit concluded with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), under which NUTECH will support GCT in designing, developing, and implementing targeted skills development programs for diverse learner groups. The MoU further encompasses scaling up GCT’s existing skill-building and community uplift initiatives, enhancing faculty and trainer capacity through specialized training, offering online courses for GCT students, and facilitating GCT’s accreditation through the NUTECH Board of Technical & Professional Education.
This collaboration underscores NUTECH’s dedication to strengthening Pakistan’s technical education landscape through industry-aligned, high-impact partnerships that broaden access to quality learning and skills development nationwide.
