Reko DiQ Mining Course Closing Ceremony at NUTECH Pakistan First University for industry, Witness by Secretary Ministry of Science and Technology

Today marks the closing ceremony of the Reko Diq mining course, with the Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology Sajid Baloch attending as the chief guest.  18 outstanding Engineers of RikoDiq project, all from Balochistan, received specialized training at NUTECH, a respected educational institution. This training has equipped them with essential skills needed in the mining industry.  “We aim to nurture future leaders in mining by investing in our local talent,” said Federal MOST Sajid Baloch, “Recognizing the hard work of these students is vital as they prepare to contribute to our projects.”  This initiative not only enhances students’ skills but also supports the local community through education and development.  Furthermore, the partnership emphasizes the importance of innovation in mining. By adopting modern techniques, Barrick Gold and Reko Diq are setting new standards for excellence in the industry.
