The Department of Civil Engineering organized an interactive seminar on PlanSwift Software to enhance students’ understanding of modern tools in Quantity Surveying and Construction Estimation. The session was conducted by Mr. Saady Chohan, Founder of Noble QS and a certified PlanSwift Trainer, who specializes in digital estimation solutions for the construction industry.
During the seminar, Mr. Saady Chohan demonstrated the practical application of PlanSwift software for material take-offs, cost estimation, and project planning. He emphasized the importance of adopting digital tools to improve precision, reduce project timelines, and strengthen decision-making in construction projects.
The session also covered industry trends, professional skill development, and employability in the field of quantity surveying. Students engaged in a productive Question and Answer segment, learning about real-time project workflows and practical estimation techniques used in the industry.
