Muhammad Shahid Iqbal received the B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Government College University, Faisalabad, in 2009, and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2013. He did his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering from Koc University, Istanbul, Turkey. He was a Lecturer with the Department of Electrical Engineering, The University of Lahore, from 2013 to 2014, and the University of Gujarat from 2014 to 2016. He received the Higher Education Commission Pakistan Fellowship for full-time Ph.D. studies. His research interests include wireless communication design, wireless-powered communication networks, and sensor networks.
