• Development of Integrated Digital Service Architecture at NUTECH Led the design and implementation of an enterprise-level service integration framework at NUTECH, enabling interoperability and data exchange across core institutional platforms including ERP, LMS, CMS, and authentication services. The initiative established a unified digital service architecture that delivers seamless access, process automation, and user-centric experiences for students, faculty, and administrative personnel, thereby advancing NUTECH’s vision of a cohesive, intelligent, and technology-driven campus ecosystem
• ICT Infrastructure Planning for Future Campus of NUTECH Led design and planning of ICT infrastructure for NUTECH Capital Smart City Campus, covering Designing of Tier 3 Data Centre Facility, Smart Computing Labs, surveillance, AV, and automation systems
• ICT Infrastructure Consultancy Services NFCIET Rendered comprehensive consultancy services to NFC Institute of Engineering and Technology (NFCIET), Multan, encompassing the design and development of a scalable enterprise campus network, establishment of a modern data center, and ICT infrastructure design for the institutional auditorium facility. My engagement further included the redesign and modernization of the NFCIET official website and the strategic planning for implementation of integrated ERP and Campus Management Systems, ensuring alignment with contemporary technological standards and institutional digital transformation goals
• Development of NUTECH Smart Computing Labs (NUSCLC) Spearheaded HCI and VDI-based Smart Computing Labs for availability of scalable and high-performance computing for research and coursework
• NUTECH Website Upgradation Oversaw full redesign, development and migration of the university’s website for enhanced user experience and performance
• Odoo Education Collaboration Program Launched the NUTECH–Odoo education partnership to provide ERP training and certification, enhancing students’ industry readiness

• Upgradation of Support Facilities at NUTECH Directed the modernization of the Auditorium, Main Conference Room, and Seminar Hall with state-of-the-art AV systems and online conferencing solutions
• NUTECH Student Internship Program Initiated and supervised ICT internships, enabling students to gain real-world experience through live university projects like ITVentory and online assessment systems
• Development & Implementation of ICT Policies and SOPs Drafted and implemented key governance frameworks including Digital Transformation, Equipment Authorization, Equipment Procurement and Data Centre Policies
