Projects

Final Year Project

  • Power Factor Correction for Dynamic Loads: With industrialization, the use of inductive loads has increased, reducing the efficiency of power systems since inductive loads adversely affect the power factor. This project was designed to bring the apparent power value (measured in VA or Volt-Amp) as near as possible to the amount of true power being used in Watts. Thus, less current would be needed to provide the same amount of true power. This project employed multiple stages of capacitor banks that switched automatically in response to the dynamic load conditions.

Other Project

  • Wireless Switch Circuit Using LDR and CD4017 (Decade Counter).
  • Automatic Certificate Generator.
  • Buck Converter on OrCad (Pspice) Software.
  • R Wave Detection in ECG using MATLAB.
  • Design and Simulation of 5G Microstrip Patch Antenna in CST Studio.
