Introduction

I am Sumiya Aziz, serving as Senior Lab Engineering in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National University of Science (NUTECH). With over 10 years of experience in academia, my research interests lie in Materials Characterization, Surface Engineering, Nano Materials and Failure Analysis. My role involves ensuring seamless operations in the laboratory, guiding students in material testing and mechanical analysis and strive to bridge the gap between materials engineering and mechanical design, ensuring advancements in technology are grounded in robust, reliable material systems.
