NUTECH Board of Technical and Professional Education (NBTPE) has Successfully Organized a Comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop

NUTECH Board of Technical and Professional Education (NBTPE) has successfully organized a comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop focused on enhancing the capacity of trainers from NUTECH affiliated institutes at Karachi. This workshop centred on Competency-Based Training (CBT) methodologies, aiming to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of vocational education.

The TOT workshop was designed to equip trainers with modern CBT techniques that are critical in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. CBT methodologies emphasize practical, hands-on learning, ensuring that trainees acquire not just theoretical knowledge but also the skills and competencies needed to excel in real-world work environments.

Competency-Based Training plays a pivotal role in aligning educational outcomes with industry requirements. By focusing on specific skill sets and performance standards, CBT ensures that graduates are job-ready and capable of meeting the dynamic demands of various industries. This approach is more adaptable, skilled workforce, which is essential for national economic growth and development.

Through this training initiative, NUTECH and its affiliated institutions are committed to bridging the gap between education and industry. The workshop has provided trainers with valuable insights and tools to deliver training programs that produce a competent workforce, fully prepared to contribute effectively to Pakistan’s evolving industrial landscape.
