Trainings

DoU Office conducts trainings of faculty members as part of faculty development program on regular basis. These trainings ensure the following:

  • Suggest ways to enhance development of faculty knowledge in regards to pedagogy, Curriculum design, and course development.
  • Provide opportunities for faculty to continually enhance skills in the area of lesson planning, classroom management, and construction of course materials
  • Recommend programs to faculty to support improvement in teaching and research methods, and/or service effectiveness
  • Developing self-confidence in the teachers
  • Enabling teachers to make proper use of instructional facilities
  • Enabling teachers to understand the significance of individual differences of child and to take appropriate steps for their optimum development
