  • Office of the Registrar acts as the “Service Leader” to the academic community of the university facilitates university interactions with outside organizations and regulatory bodies
  • We strive hard to extend full academic, research, intellectual and management support, facilitation and cooperation to students and faculty members by developing efficient facilitation support systems. Office of Registrar plays pivotal role as a regulator within University assisting and facilitating in the development, interpretation and application of regulations, rules and policies
  • We ensure effective implementation of NUTECH statutes, policies and decisions made by the relevant governing, regulatory and decision-making entities of the university
  • The Office conducts registration of all students at NUTECH, maintains all academic records of students registered at NUTECH, including maintenance of register of Graduates and issue official transcripts, degrees, certificate and reports of such records
  • We engage external educational institutions and other bodies of higher learning of the country and abroad, and conduct meetings of all relevant statutory authorities/entities
  • We facilitate all Deans (DoU, DoR, DGE, DUE, DUA, DSL) in managing the faculty regulations by removing the academic resource deficiencies
  • We act in compliance with the decisions of the relevant decision-making entities related to probation and re-admission requirements
  • We process all matters related to the successful planning, organization and conduct of Undergraduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) Convocations
  • We facilitate the processing of cases by the DoU pertaining to migration, relegation, suspension and withdrawal of UG and PG students, responsible for formulation of schedule and academic calendar
  • We formulate procedure and policies for registration of students for a particular programme and course
  • We hold the registrar inventory and provide assistance in provision of the classroom and laboratories etc on request
  • We establish Registrar office website and portals for facilitation of teaching, faculty, support staff and students
  • We publish the university bulletins, statutes, policies and procedures, after approval thereof by the competent authority/authorities
  • We establish legal office and to appoint legal advisor, if any, with the approval of the competent authority
  • We facilitate the functions of Public Relations/Coordination Section/liaison offices
  • We establish and maintain alumni office in due course of time
  • We perform such other duties and functions, as may be prescribed from time to time by the concerned authority/authorities
