Profile Summary

Dr. Muhammad Ejaz Khan received his BS in Computer Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Pakistan in 2006, MS in Microelectronics and System-on-Chip Engineering from Lancaster University, UK in 2008 and PhD in Nanoscience and Technology from Korea Advanced Institute of science and Technology (KAIST), Republic of Korea. His academic career includes teaching as a Lecturer and Assistant Professor in COMSATS, Pakistan, and moreover, teaching and research supervising at KAIST, Korea. Additionally, he has also worked with industry such as LG Display, Korea, on their research and development projects. His areas of expertise comprise embedded systems design and nanotechnology, particularly, renewable energy and thermoelectric devices.
