Profile Summary

I am an experimental particle physicist, interested in studying the standard model physics with ultimate precision. The ultimate goal of such studies to find divergences in experimental measurements of predictions of standard model, in order to detect any hints of “new” physics. I have also spend time on detector optimisation and data acquisition software development. My major focus has been on electromagnetic caorimeters. Apart from research focus on simulation and data analysis, I have taken a keen interest in detector development. I have done a considerable amount of teaching at different places. I have taught courses of classical mechanics, electricity and magnetism, particle physics and a few others. I have also supervised research students.
