May 13, 2026

A successful Blood Donation Drive was organized at NUTECH in collaboration with Pakistan Thalassemia Center to support patients suffering from thalassemia and other blood disorders. The event was organized by the NUTECH Community Service Club under the supervision of the Office of Student Affairs and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and staff who contributed generously to this humanitarian cause.

During the drive, Dr. Syed Kamran Mahmood, Consultant Hematologist and Bone Marrow Transplant Physician, delivered an informative awareness session highlighting the importance of regular blood donation, early diagnosis of thalassemia, and advancements in bone marrow transplantation. He encouraged students to play an active role in saving lives through voluntary blood donations and community awareness initiatives.

The initiative reflected NUTECH’s commitment to social responsibility, healthcare awareness, and youth engagement in community welfare programs.
