A delegation from the British Council, led by Ms. Asma Rehman, visited NUTECH to explore avenues for enhanced collaboration and future partnerships. The delegation was briefed on NUTECH’s vision of becoming a “University for Industry” through industry-aligned education, innovation, and high-impact skills development.
During the visit, discussions focused on developing digital high skills among women, particularly in Balochistan, KP and Gilgit-Baltistan. Initiatives like British Council Centre of Excellence and Assessor Training Programs were also discussed. The British Council team expressed keen interest in partnering with NUTECH and facilitating linkages with international organizations. Later on, the delegation also visited NUTECH’s laboratories, NUTECH’s Skills Labs, the NUTECH Innovation Center (NIC), and the NUTECH Entrepreneur and Incubation Centre (NEIC).
The engagement reflects NUTECH’s continued efforts to build meaningful national and international partnerships, strengthen the skills ecosystem, and contribute towards a future-ready workforce aligned with emerging global demands.
