Prof. Dr. Javaid Laghari, Former Chairman HEC and Convener of the HEC Task Force on ORICs and BICs, visited NUTECH to review the University's innovation, research, commercialization, entrepreneurship, and incubation ecosystem, along with its contribution to institutional strategic objectives and the national innovation agenda. During the visit, he was briefed on NUTECH's vision of becoming a "University for Industry," emphasizing its industry-driven academic model, applied research ecosystem, and commitment to developing a highly skilled workforce.
Later, he also visited NUTECH's state-of-the-art laboratories, the NUTECH Skills and Development Department (NSDD), the NUTECH Innovation Center (NIC), and the NUTECH Entrepreneur and Incubation Centre (NEIC).
