A six-member delegation led by Lt Gen Khawar Rahman, HI(M) (Retd) Dean of Administration, Iqra University Chak Shahzad (IUCS), visited NUTECH for the signing of a MoU. This collaboration will provide a framework for sustained collaboration in academic excellence, promote intellectual, academic, research and skills-based cooperation. The partnership will facilitate joint research initiatives, academic and laboratory support, knowledge exchange, joint capacity-building programs, student development & academic support, and reciprocal participation in academic and professional activities. The collaboration will further strengthen industry-academia linkages through internships, summer programs, educational and corporate visits, technology cooperation, certification opportunities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Both institutions will also collaborate on quality assurance and sustainability-related practices and share programs and course contents in skills and technology.

The partnership reflects the shared commitment of NUTECH and IUCS to developing a highly skilled and future-ready workforce. Through meaningful institutional linkages and practical learning opportunities, the collaboration will empower students, faculty, and researchers to contribute effectively to Pakistan’s technological, industrial, and socio-economic development while remaining competitive in the global job market.
