A three-member delegation from the Malala Fund, led by Mr. Muhammad Ali, Partnership Manager, visited NUTECH to explore opportunities for scholarships, University placements, and skills development for students of Shangla Girls School, one of the Fund’s supported institutions. The delegation was briefed on the NUTECGH's vision as a "University for Industry" by delivering industry-driven education, promoting innovation, and equipping students with high-impact, market-oriented skills. The briefing highlighted NUTECH’s academic programs, state-of-the-art training facilities, and strong linkages with industry aimed at enhancing graduate employability.

During the meeting, Mr. Muhammad Ali presented an overview of the Malala Fund’s mission, vision, and ongoing initiatives to expand girls’ access to quality education and empower young women through learning opportunities. Both sides discussed avenues for collaboration in promoting digital and emerging technology skills, professional training, scholarships, and higher education pathways for students of Shangla Girls School and other partner institutions. Later on, the delegation also visited NUTECH’s laboratories, NUTECH’s Skills & Development Department (NSDD) and NUTECH Entrepreneur and Incubation Centre (NEIC).

The visit concluded with a mutual commitment to strengthen cooperation in expanding educational access, promoting digital skills, and creating sustainable opportunities for young women to pursue higher education and meaningful careers.
