NBTPE has successfully conducted its first Moderation of Competency-Based Assessment (CBA), marking a significant milestone in strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) standards across Pakistan.
Conducted seamlessly ahead of NBTPE’s upcoming re-accreditation, the historic initiative establishes a new benchmark for quality, transparency, fairness, and standardized assessment within the national TVET landscape. The moderation activity was carried out through strategic collaboration with PBTE, PSDA, TTP Punjab, and TTP KPK, with oversight from distinguished Internal and External National Assessors, Chief Master Trainers (CMTs), and NBTPE’s DACUM and Leadership teams.
The initiative reinforces standardized and fair assessment, transparency, quality assurance, alignment with competency-based learning outcomes, and enhanced credibility of qualifications. NBTPE remains committed to advancing TVET reforms, empowering youth, and developing a highly skilled workforce capable of contributing to Pakistan’s sustainable economic future.
