Attendees were introduced to practical self-care techniques and coping mechanisms aimed at improving mental health and creating a healthy balance in life.

“We believe that mental health is as important as physical health, and empowering women requires us to ensure they have the support and resources needed to thrive emotionally,” said Miss Sehrish Shah Nawaz. “This session aims to foster awareness, provide practical tools for mental health, and encourage women to take care of themselves in every aspect of their lives.”

The event also featured a series of interactive discussions and group activities focused on “Understanding mental health and its impact on women, Practical self-care tips for mental and emotional well-being, Strategies for managing stress and anxiety, Building resilience and overcoming societal challenges, The importance of seeking professional help when needed”
