The delegation of Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (MOP&DSI) Government of Pakistan comprising Mr. Waqas Anwar, Member Infrastructure & Regional Connectivity, Dr. Najeebullah Marwat Member Science, Technology & ICT visited NUTECH to review the University's academic, research and innovation initiatives. They were briefed on NUTECH's role in advancing technology-driven education, applied research, innovation and human resource development in line with national priorities.
Later, the delegation also visited NUTECH's state-of-the-art, laboratories, NUTECH skills and Development Department (NSDD) and NUTECH Entrepreneurship and Incubation Centre (NEIC), NUTECH Innovation Center (NIC).
The visiting members underscored the importance of closer collaboration between government institutions and academia to accelerate infrastructure development, technological advancement and digital transformation. They reaffirmed the Planning Commission's commitment to supporting initiatives that strengthen Pakistan's knowledge economy and contribute to sustainable national development.
