A thought-provoking talk on “AI & Mental Health: Building the Future of Human Support Systems” was successfully conducted at NUTECH. The session was delivered by American entrepreneur and technology leader Mr. Jonathan Thralow, who shared valuable insights into the intersection of artificial intelligence and mental healthcare.
The talk explored how AI-driven tools can enhance early diagnosis, provide accessible support, and complement traditional therapeutic approaches. Mr. Thralow emphasized ethical considerations, data privacy, and the importance of human-centered design in developing reliable AI systems. He also introduced Vieromind, a mental health foundation he is establishing, aimed at leveraging AI technologies to improve mental health support systems. He shared his plans to launch this platform in Pakistan and offer broad, accessible use of the platform, encouraging institutions and individuals to benefit from and contribute to this innovative initiative.
