HESSA Training

DoU Office conducts trainings of faculty members as part of faculty development program on regular basis. These trainings ensure the following:

  1. Suggest ways to enhance development of faculty knowledge in regards to pedagogy, Curriculum design, and course development. 
  2. Provide opportunities for faculty to continually enhance skills in the area of lesson planning, classroom management, and construction of course materials
  3. Recommend programs to faculty to support improvement in teaching and research methods, and/or service effectiveness
  4. Developing self-confidence in the teachers
  5. Enabling teachers to make proper use of instructional facilities
  6. Enabling teachers to understand the significance of individual differences of child and to take appropriate steps for their optimum development

Multiple trainings on OBE were arranged  for faculty members in Faculty conference room.
